Returns & Exchanges Policy

Kristin Miles guarantees that you’ll like our clothes!  If for any reason within 30 days of the date listed on the invoice (you will receive this invoice with your shipment) you are not satisfied with the product, we will refund your money back.  Just return the item to the address below and we will refund the full amount including taxes!  Sorry but we do not reimburse any shipping costs.

Any items that are returned before 30 days will be given a Kristin Miles company credit for future use on any items sold on our online store.  This will be issued to you electronically.  Any items thereafter will not be accepted.  

We will not refund any SALE items.  Sale items can be exchanged or you can receive a store credit for the sale value of the item only. 

Sorry ladies but any returned items that show signs of being worn, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted and returned back to you with an additional shipping charge.  Please return items that are in their original condition only including all tags, extra trimmings, etc. 

For exchanges, we will send the new item to you with the shipping charge paid by us once the item being exchanged is received by us.  Sorry but all international orders will pay shipping costs for exchanges too.

Payment Policy

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept checks or cash. Your card will be charged once the order has been placed. 

PLEASE NOTE: When orders are entered incorrectly or the payment cannot be verified, a pending charge still shows on your credit card.  It is only a PENDING charge and will disappear after a few days.

SALES TAX:  Only California residents will be charged a Sales Tax.  Let’s just think of it as a luxury tax we pay for getting to live in this beautiful state!

 

Shipping Policy

We ship via UPS for all Ground shipments within the continental U.S.  All 2nd Day and Next Day Air shipments within the continental U.S. will be shipped via Fedex. 

For Hawaii and Alaska, we only ship UPS Ground or Fedex 2nd Day Air.  We do not offer next day service for these two states.

For Canada residents, we will ship via Fedex International Air Economy.  Rates and delivery dates may differ depending on the regions in Canada so please check with Fedex or email us if you require more details.  Generally the time range is 2-7 business days.  The closer to the U.S. you are, the faster you’ll receive your package.  As for rates, we may require the customer to pay additional shipping charges.  This is usually only the case with more remote regions and areas further away from the U.S. border.  All customs and fees are also the responsibility of the customer.  See the message below for more details.   

For all other International orders, we will ship via Fedex International Air Economy (4-8 business days depending on the country).  Please note that we may require the customer to pay additional shipping charges.  We have tried to create a fair flat fee based off our most popular international destinations however there are cases where the shipping charge is still way beyond this fee.  We will always notify the customer ahead of time before shipping or charging in these cases.  All customs and fees are also the responsibility of the customer.  See the message below for more details.   

IMPORTANT:  All international customers (including Canada) will also have to pay ALL CUSTOMS DUTIES AND FEES that apply after receiving shipment.  Please note that Fedex will bill you separately.
